The Bruery Preservation Society is a quarterly beer club for those who love great beer. Each quarter, members receive a specially curated package (featuring four bottles worth at least $85 in value), in addition to numerous member-exclusive benefits. Members receive bottles of some of our most exciting offerings. Our second quarter package includes:

1. Soie: Le douzime anniversaire of The Bruery brings another celebratory ale true to tradition. The masterful Solera blending method combined with bourbon barrel-aging builds layers of complexity with a portion of each years anniversary ale. With notes of toffee and vanilla balancing perfectly with dark fruit and oak characters, Soie truly serves up a Bruers dozen. (ABV 17%)

2. Annuel (2020): A half-decade of brewing wildly unique farmhouse-style ales calls for a craftful crown on an anniversary celebration. Like all Annuel projects, this quinary ales inspiration comes from The Bruerys Anniversary Old Ale and the Solera aging technique. A strong Anniversary Ale base induces an artful blend with our Sour Quad, Imperial Sour Blonde, and Solera Anniversary Ale, all aged in oak and bourbon barrels for an elated finish. (ABV 13.7%)

3. April Showers: Golden rays of citrusy and floral-like aromas shine through April Showers with this Belgian-style Golden Ale. An ode to both Belgian tradition and The Bruery craft, this ale was fermented and conditioned in New American Oak puncheons and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Complementary notes of spice and fruity esters round out this glowing Golden Ale. (ABV 12.5%)

4. May Flowers: From April Showers, May Flowers have bloomed. Dazzling floral notes emerge in this Imperial Begian-style Golden Ale delicately treated with rose hips and hibiscus. Subtle tropical fruit tones meld with characters of malty sweetness and slight tartnessin this blossoming Golden Ale. (ABV 12.5%)
