Christian Binner Bombisch! Pinots Macrs is made from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes farmed organically in Alsace, France. The grapes for this great Alsace wine are hand-harvested and sorted manually in the vineyard. They then undergo two weeks of whole-bunch co-maceration before being lightly pressed and fermented. Bombisch! is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no sulfur added.
