“I almost said cheesecake here as well, but I’m gonna suggest a cranberry crumble pie or a dark cherry crumble pie. The tartness of the cranberries willplay nicely withthe tartness of the sour beer allowing those notes of chocolate and vanillato shine alongside the sweetness of the pie.”

Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with vegan marshmallows, graham crackers, vanilla beans, and sandwich cookies| 15.6%
“Chocolate pecan pie with bourbon or a chocolate bourbon tart, especially if there is a graham cracker crust. For me the approach here is to match like flavors.”
