From a plot of Chardonnay planted in 1988 by Francis and Pierre-Yves. The only non-PDO vine of the Domaine, this one is a Vin de France. We want to give this cuve a fond, fruity, young and fresh wine. Aperitif, grilled fish, seafood, Burgundy snails, Mconnais goat cheese will perfectly accompany and delight Chardonnay lovers.
