Diamond Reserve is the last remaining distillery in Guyana, and the only producers in the world of Demerara-style rum. Its lightly aged and full-bodied, designed to be mixed into cocktails but also well suited for sipping on its own. It has subtle wood notes with hints of cane sugar and burnt caramel.
