In the mouth, the fruit is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity bringing about superb balance and graceful elegance in every delicious sip. Sometimes, even the poorer cousin can be well endowed with unseen riches!

Can’t get Sancerre, give this a go. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Loire, France for half the price. Fresh, energetic and full of minerality. Enjoy!
