ThisBarbados Rum has been extra matured in American Oakbarrels that have contained a Cognac-based spirit for several months in the cellars of Chateau du Breuil. Itincreases the intensity of the aromas and softness the wood effect, which gives a full mouthfeel. This aging combines the tannins to obtain a much smoother rum.
