This craft bourbon is distilled on Long Island, utilizing a high-rye mash bill (and locally grown grains) and the sweet mash fermentation technique. The bottle’s label makes prominent references to maritime influence, and there is a subtle salinity to this whiskey’s nose and finish. More noticeable is the enjoyable winter rye spice, and luscious vanilla and caramel notes.
