The taste is a hallmark smoothness of CC with the complex yet familiar blend of sweet, crisp apple, plum and dried fruit mixed enticingly with notes of zesty spice and chocolate. The finish, well rounded, pleasantly dry with the subtle but recognizeable wood tannins, for which CC is known. ~A finish that befits a liquid aged 44 years.
