In 2013, we discovered the magic of the Dominican passion fruit locally called chinola. The fruits unique tartness is balanced perfectly with natural sweetness and tropical essence. It is ideal for creating sensational cocktails. This amazing fruit was the inspiration behind our Chinola liqueur.
