Vadin-Plateau, located in Cumieres in the Valle de la Marne, has been around since 1785. Their non-vintage “Renaissance” cuve is 100% Pinot Meunier, and offers rich fruit flavors of pear and strawberry with a light yeastiness. The acidity is not as high as with many Champagnes, meaning the finish is round and soft, making this an ideal Champagne for consumers that aren’t looking for something exceptionally acidic.
