Amoro de Vino is an Aperol-inspired fortified wine made in Rioja Alavesa, Spain. The grapes come from old-vine grapes growing in the Basque country. Among its local botanicals are chinchona bark, gentian root, elderberry, rhubarb and citrus peels. Its awesome with soda and an orange twist or as part of an Americano.
