A twist on our typical fruit distillates, this is our take on a french-style pommeau. Which means, it’s a mixture of our apple brandy with fresh pressed apple cider aged in bourbon barrels. The finished product is a rich apple cider with an Apple Brandy backbone, a delectable low-proof aperitif. Clocking in at 18% it’s a dangerously smooth sipper, and is the perfect accompaniment to any and all fall gatherings or holiday parties.
