Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling wines are produced in the Peneds DO of Spain. The result is fresh, fruit-forward sparkling wines that cater to the health- and wellness-conscious consumer, and can be enjoyed at any moment.

Indigenous grapes

VINIFICATION

The grapes are squeezed, fermented and filtrated to obtain a 10% abv wine. The alcohol is then removed by vaccum distillation at 40Celsius. Then the fining and filtration occur. C02 and SO2 are adjusted. Before bottling, there is a cold sterile filtration

COLOR

Very attractive pale pink with persistent bubbles

AROMA

Wild berries such as raspberry and strawberry, along with floral notes and tropical fruits

PALATE

Fruity, fresh and pleasant. It fills the mouth, expressing the good quality of the base wine. The very well balanced acidity and the medium size bubbles produce a very pleasant mouth feel

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Can be enjoyed on its own or paired with fresh seafood, white meat, grilled vegetables and fruit tarts
