The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. It has been barrel aged for 18 months in 15% New American Oak, 6% New French Oak and 3% New Eastern European Oak. The 2017 has aromas of b rambleberry, dark cherry, vanilla bean and toffee. The palate has intense tight tannins with fresh blackberry, raspberry, cedar box and black pepper.
