Commercial Description:

Made from the second pressing of perry pears with the addition of water, this is our modern interpretation of an old historic drink – perrykin. We also like to think of it as upcycling pomace.

We brought together a mixed orchard of perry pears evocatively named varieties like Green Horse and Hendre Huffcap together with whole cone Simcoe from our friends at Brook House Hops, and then bottle conditioned the blend.

Super aromatic, a combo of white peach, passion fruit and pine, this one is zippy and sour, like a farmhouse gose beer infused with stone fruit and lemon zest and, with its bright sparkle, its a complete heatwave, thirst-slaying crusher.
