This wine is produced from organically farmed grapes from the Colchagua region. It is aged in neutral oak for 8 months. Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather and vanilla are complemented with cassis flavors and hints of spice, with a long velvety finish. Ideal with lamb shank and beef empanada.
