Satn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta.Produced only in the best vintages, it comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in high hill vineyards.The selection of the bunches is meticulous to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels.Once assembled, the cuve ages in the cellar for a minimum of 4 years.The abundant foam, the very fine perlage and the golden straw color announce bewitching and sweet aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and noisette.The fine mouth follows the trail, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.
