Product Description: Cribari Madeira is a deep amber color, sweet, slightly crisp, with a full nutty flavor complemented by a fragrant bouquet of citrus and pears. Delightful for cooking or as an aperitif. Vinification: After primary fermentation, the ba se wines are heated to about 100 F for up to 8 weeks to develop the nutty, warm characters typical of Marsala. Sweet and dry wines are blended to produce the proper balance of flavor.
