La Pulga Spirits Mezcal Artesanal is made with traditional methods, yet uniquely crafted from 100% wild harvested Salmiana Agave from San Luis Potosi.

Made from wild-harvested Salmiana agave, this mezcal honors centuries-old traditions while embracing the bold character of its high-desert origin. The agave is slowly steamed in traditional brick hornos and double crushed by tahona to extract its full essence a process that infuses every drop with the terroir’s complexity and depth.

Unaged and bottled at 40% ABV, it delivers a vibrant, smokeless profile with layered notes of citrus, jalapeno, green chiles, cooked agave, olive brine, and mineral undertones. Medium-bodied and mouth-coating, its bright flavor lingers with a clean, briny finish.

Each bottle is adorned with a spirit animal known in Mexican folk-art culture as an Alebrije. The Mezcal expression features a Coyote and is a symbol of the mischievous, free-spirited guardian of the land.
