Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout with Cacao Nibs 13% ABV We’ve spent the last several months steeping cacao nib varietals from all over the globe in a hunt for the most luscious chocolate flavor to lay into our vanilla-soaked Fundamental Observation base beer. These lightly roasted Filipino nibs were the no-contest favorite, selected and lavishly applied here for their outrageously rich flavors reminiscent of chocolate ice cream, Crunch bars, and malt balls!
