Gran Appasso is a completely new and spectacular wine made on the popular appassimento method. After alcoholic fermentation, part of the wine is aged for a short time in oak barrels to be rounded. The wine is very compact and sturdy with a good length and an impressive balance in a modern, fruit-driven style. An excellent choice for a good steak on the grill!
