This time around, we blended some hand-selected wine barrel-aged and brandy barrel-aged honey ales and treated it with blueberries for a richly sweet, slightly tart take on our honey ale series.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Wheatwine Ale with Bananas, Cocoa, Vanilla, and Coffee Beans | 13.7% ABV
Please, please, hold your applause. Inspired by the official drink of Catalina Island, Buffalo Milk, we took our Weller bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine ale and treated it with bananas, cocoa, vanilla, and whole coffee beans to mimic the flavors in the iconic drink. Top with a sprinkling of nutmeg and enjoy!

Oak Barrel-Aged Imperial Sour Ale with Passion Fruit, Pomegranates, Orange Zest, Dragon Fruit, and Limes | 11.3% ABV
Pat OBriens bar in New Orleans is home to more than just the iconic flaming fountain a towering display of fire and water its also the origin of the hurricane cocktail, the tropical delight which inspired this barrel-aged imperial sour ale. We added passion fruit, pomegranates, orange zest, dragon fruit, and limes for a bright, citrusy, tart treat.

We went B.I.G. with this one, blending bourbon barrel-aged and brandy barrel-aged Anniversary ales, then treating it with figs, plums, Madagascar vanilla beans, and cinnamon for a cookie bar-like sweetness and subtle berry ripeness.
