To celebrate Energy Evolution Day this year, we did a play on a dessert we think Einstein would have loved – filled with nuclear levels of yummy goodness strong enough to convert any appetite into pure energy. Einsteins Yellow Cake starts off with an MC base before being conditioned on Marshmallows, Toasted Coconut, and Orange Zest for a creamy dessert style DIPA. Aromas of orange creamsicle and coconut fluff lead into flavors of tropical citrus, frosted cake, orange sherbet, and coconut candy. Fun flavors with a smooth and creamy body and our EQjuice forward finish, this beer is a liquid celebration.
