Commercial Description:

Pure Pils is a true German-style Pilsner brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law of 1516) using only water, yeast, and all-imported German malt and hops. Its clean malt character is balanced by assertive but delicate noble hop bitterness, spicy noble hop aroma, and a crisp, dry finish. Pure Pils is brewed with all German Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfrh hops grown on the 600-year-old Seitz Farm in Bavaria, and is naturally carbonated by CO2 produced by Bavarian lager yeast during six weeks of cold conditioning.
