An overdelivering bottle of dry riesling. Gunderloch has been practicing organic for the past five years in the Rheinhessen and tends to pick their Riesling grapes before they ripen too much.

This wine is fermented dry, in line withthe preffered style of Riesling in Germany of late. While dry, there is plenty of fruit and floral notes all wrapped up in sizzling acidity. Think mineral water, green apple, unripened stone fruits, and sorrel.
