Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of aged lambics. Our Bruers tasted through dozens of barrels and picked the cream of the crop for this release, which they then blended to taste. Rich notes of hay, barnyard funk, and olive round out a well-balanced acidity.

When it comes to crafting extraordinarily wild ales, the onus is on us. This three-year blend is an homage to tradition and a testament to our Bruers dedication to the craft. Brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing, spontaneous fermentation, and a Terreux twist inoculation via the wild winds of industrial-rustic Anaheim, imparting a one-of-a-kind complexity. We hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then gracefully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and drinkable.

Were proud to present Spontanaheim, an homage to tradition and a testament to our teams dedication to the craft. This beer was brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation with the wild winds of Anaheim. After 18-24 months of aging in our oak puncheons, we tasted and hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then masterfully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and crisp.
