Renato Ratti Langhe Nebbiolo Ochetti 22 750ML

Renato Ratti founded his namesake winery in 1965 and was the first person to map the region of Barolo and classify Barolos top vineyard sites and commissioned soil studies and map the Crus of Barolo, elevating the region to one of distinct terroirs. After Renato Rattis death in the 1980s, his son, Pietro, took over the family estate and continued his fathers work, and was twice elected president of the Barolo consortium. Now, the Renato Ratti estate is known for a classic expression of La Morra Barolo, Barbera DAsti and a Nebbiolo.
