Paul Dolan Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from meticulously tended vineyards, and our balanced winemaking practices support each bottlings expression of terroir for wines of unforgettable character. Bright cherry, rhubarb and cranberry mingle with brambly blackberry notes on the nose, leading to a juicy palate of raspberry, Rainier cherry and kirsch. Fine grained tannins and hints of vanilla and cedar round out the wine, carrying through to lengthy finish.

Blend: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petite Sirah
