A portion of this wine has been aged in rum barrels, paying homage to Australia’s Rum Rebellion of 1808. Aromas of cherry, vanilla and a hint of spice. The palate is dry, with balanced acidity and supple tannins. Flavours of cherry and vanilla, with a hint of brown sugar on the finish. Serve with steaks, ribs or burgers.
