From cool areas high in the foothill of the Andes, clusters of hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc grapes were quickly chilled, assiduously sorted, and crafted with the gentleness that Antigal’s gravity-fed technology allows. We use grapes from two vineyards to achieve aromatic complexity for this unique Sauvignon Blanc. The winemaker’s job is to create a wine that maintains the essence of the two soil expressions. It is refreshing on the palate, with balanced acidity and excellent volume. Every care was taken to protect the fruit’s natural acidity and terroir-driven character; consequently, UNO Sauvignon Blanc is a particularly fine expression of its varietal type, showing great balance and bright flavors. UNO Sauvignon Blanc is a bright-tasting wine that offers a fresh nose with herbal notes such as rue, cut grass, and mint and tropical fruit like passion fruit, grapefruit, and pineapple.
