Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Rosso is a natural red wine from Sicily, Italy, blending 70% Frappato and 30% Nero d’Avola grapes. The vineyards are organically and biodynamically farmed on calcareous sub-Apennine sandy soils. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vats, with a 30-day maceration period involving daily pump-overs and punch-downs. The wine is then aged for six months in steel tanks, followed by bottling without filtration, embodying Occhipinti’s commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.

This wine offers notes of wild cherries, plum, mulberry, and a touch of raspberry lift, leading to a soft, fresh, and persistent finish.
