Farmed biodynamically, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and unfiltered and unfined, La Rosa is light and delicate but absolutely not lacking in flavor. Soft wild berries, citrus zest, hints of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. Fruity yet exceptionally well balanced, with a pleasing, lingering zesty finish.
