Our idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest Tequila and Mezcal that didnt have to be covered up with salt or lime. So we did. -George Clooney. Made in small batches, this ultra-premium tequila is made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years. After harvest, the agave pias are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard. Casamigos Blanco Tequila rests for 2 months and is crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish.
