Tasting Notes:

BEGINNING: The Bon Bois and the Fins Bois are distilled without lees, elevating the fruit notes of apple, pear, and grapefruit to the forefront.

MIDDLE: The spring blossom burst forth from the distinctive house style of Maison Courvoisier.

END: The Petite Champagne distilled with lees adds complexity and length to our VS, beautifully balanced with a fresh oaky finish.
