Bright lemon citrus and honeysuckle floral notes with a hint of spice. Delicate richness on the nose. Juicy fresh pineapple, nectarine and crisp Fuji apple. A touch of baking spice adds weight to the palate. Crisp and creamy finish. For this inaugural release of dough Chardonnay, we hand-picked a few small vineyards, then fermented lots separately to allow each vineyard site to express its unique profile. Our goal at blending was to offer a layered, complex wine that is palate pleasing.
