IPA – New England / Hazy | 6.8% ABV

Commercial Description:

his fall, we collaborated with Ruse Brewing in Seattle on a supremely soft and tasty Hazy IPA. Now the seasons have changed, the daylight hours are dwindling, the dark, low skies of the North Coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. So we brewed up our own batch of Sediments of Memory, from memory, of course. We canned this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories.

Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet jelly bean finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 150 pounds of Simcoe, Strata and Citra hops and about 60 pounds of memories.

Hops: Citra, Strata, Simcoe

Malts: Rahr 2Row, Weyermann Spelt, GM Flaked Oats

Yeast: Juice
