Ale with Graciano grapes aged in French oak puncheons

Behold the elusive Graciano grape. A highly-coveted Spanish-origin varietal endowed with dark fruit character and desired acidity, this berry’s been hard to acquire in California, but we finally got some for ourselves. This ale is loaded with notes of fresh red fruits, subtle leathery tannins and a kiss of French Oak.
