Jeffersons Reserve Old Rum Cask Finish has spent many years maturing in American white oak casks before being transferred into specially selected old rum casks that previously held Goslings Family Reserve, awarded the best-aged rum in Bermuda.

Extra aging for 15 months in these casks creates a rich and rounded bourbon whiskey; marrying the flavor of an award-winning bourbon with the mouthfeel, complexity, and finish of a reserve quality rum. The result of this marriage will be award-winning in its own right.

NOSE:A strong Rum influence with molasses, banana, and crusty sourdough.

FLAVOR:Caramel corn, cinnamon, chocolate ganache, and vanilla.

FINISH:A long finish of vanilla, soft allspice, and toasted marshmallow.
