This limited edition Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Kentucky Owl has been matured for 11 years, with a year spent finishing in Bayou Mardi Gras XO casks – which is a rum from Louisiana that’s matured primarily in bourbon casks. It’s a delicious festival of flavours, with peppery, herbal spice coming from the rye, and honeyed stone fruit and marmalade from the rum.
