With views directly on to the ocean located 3 miles away, Laetitia Estate vineyards benefit from cool sunshine and moderate nights. Volcanic soils contribute to the perfect growing conditions. The blocks that are chosen forthe sparkling wines are in the coolest locations on the ranch for optimal growing conditions to preserve the natural acidity and delicate flavors of the fruit.
