Collaboration effort between Little Water Distillery and their friends at Davis Valley distilling in Rural Retreat Virginia. A blended American Whiskey was produced using two separate mash bills of 100% estate grown sweet corn and a 50% rye/50% wheat blend. The corn was aged 18 months in once used Smith Bowman Bourbon barrels while the other 6 months in American oak. Finish aged blended in a bourbon style and bottled by Little Water Distillery in Atlantic City NJ. Result is a slightly oaked, corn forward whiskey with a pleasant softness.
