Oak Barrel-Aged American Sour Ale with Limes, Graham Cracker Flavor, Vanilla, Milk Sugar

Fresh outta the oven were back with batch 2 of our key lime pie-inspired American sour ale, this time blended in with 3 casks of Buffalo Trace barrel-aged wheat-wine ale. After aging in oak barrels for a rich complexity, we added limes, Graham crackers, milk sugar, and vanilla to emulate the creamy, bright, tart notes of the meringue-y dessert.
