Select barrels of Nelson Brothers bourbon enters Oloroso casks for its final stage of aging. The dry Spanish wine is known for its nutty flavor with hints of toffee, caramel and dried fruit. It lends the bourbon sweet notes of brown sugar, vanilla and raisins as well as a long, warm finish.
