From the warm-toned and excellently quaffable selection of sipping whiskey offered by PCS (Prohibition Craft Spirits) comes this intricately balanced release; PCS Nulu Single Barrel straight bourbon. Expertly sourced from MGP, Nulu Single Barrel is an ongoing offering aged for a minimum of 4 years and composed of an undisclosed mash bill with a finished barrel strength varying from 118.7% to +120% proof specific to each barrel/batch as provided in detail on every bottle. The nose opens with hits of oak and spice layered between hints of raisins, cherries, and ethanol. On the palate are hues of toasted cinnamon, leather, and more plump raisins over notes of roasted caramel.
