All our flavors are made from scratch to a luxury standard, with wholesome and sustainable ingredients. We also produce sorbettos which are completely allergen-free and vegan. All our alcohol is distilled in-house. Furthermore we innovate frequently with new technology and flavors, such as our alcohol gelato (5%).
