The Bruery Preservation Society is a quarterly beer club for those who love great beer. Each quarter, members receive a specially curated package (featuring four bottles worth at least $85 in value), in addition to numerous member-exclusive benefits. Members receive bottles of some of our most exciting offerings. Our third quarter package includes:

1. Three’s Cocompany: Who said three’s a crowd? This triple collaboration was conceived on a live stream in April of 2020, with our friends from Mikerphone Brewing and Moksa Brewing Co., and of course, the input of our fans tuning in. A seemingly mutual adoration for coconut cream pie was recognized, and thus Three’s Cocompany. This creamy and full-bodied imperial stout was treated with coconut, vanilla, and milk sugar. (ABV 11.3%)

2. The Spice: Provisions is an epicurean exploration of the storied romance between food and drink. The Spice was brewed in collaboration with our good friend, Top Chef and food pioneer Brooke Williamson. This bold barrel-aged stout is shockingly approachable, balanced out with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and thyme from Brooke’s garden. This stout may just spice up your life. (ABV 10.2%)

3. Train to Beersel (2020): A nod to the land of lambic Beersel, Belgium this ale is a bit fuller-bodied with a rounder sourness and a little more funk. It gains levels of complexity aging in French and American Oak barrels, but stays true to its roots. (ABV 8.4%)

4. Tart of Darkness (2020): Roasty notes and aromas balance perfectly with carefully-conditioned tartness in this barrel-aged sour stout. Aged in experienced oak barrels that have housed some of our most beloved masterpieces, Tart of Darkness deliciously executes the unique characters of a sour stout. (ABV 7.9%)
