Ron Izalcos 10-year-old rum has been distilled from volcanic sugar cane molasses and fully matured in American oak casks. The nose is fruity and fresh notes of apricots, prunes, honey and caramel mingle together. The palate is mellow and woody, notes of caramel mix with rich American oak notes and sweet tobacco, before a long finish with notes of citrus fruits and raisins.
