This organic, unfined, and unfiltered Austrian Sankt Laurent is meaty and juicy with a vibrating and wild soul. Made by the Schdl siblings Viktoria, Mathias, and Leonhard, who took over a family estate, converted it to biodynamics, changed the style completely, and are now one of very few producers rewriting the story of the Weinviertel with world class wines. This wine screams BBQ, and will make for a fantastic pairing with grilled meats.
