Our Bruers’ took one of our boldest stouts, Black Tuesday, and fermented it with Paso Robles Malbec grapes from our friends at The Fableist Wine Co. We then added complexity by aging in a combination of French and American oak puncheons, apple brandy barrels, and bourbon barrels for over 18 months resulting in a flavor-forward, completely still imperial stout.
